Show Drops
This is a drops & kips workshop with a unique array of ways to drop to the floor like a baddie. Kitty will teach proper heel technique for drops, and show how to be ferocious and dynamic with control. Prepare to learn some impressive show style drops! Kitty will cater to those beginner - advanced.

In this workshop you’ll be learning a gooey, sensual & somatic choreo, this class is all about slowing down and connecting within. A slow, sensual flow allowing you to let go and embrace your sensuality through raunchy ripples, lingering in the moment and filthy decoration.

Waves & Wiggles
This workshop is all about Kitty’s favourite ways to move - body waving and booty wiggling! Kitty will break down the isolations of a body wave, and how to contrast gooey movements with jiggly ones. Adding texture and contrast up levels your movement in so many ways ! She’ll show you a variety of undulating sequences with a sprinkle of booty!

Spreadies
This workshop will show you that everyone can split, if your legs are split open in any capacity then it’s a split - it doesn’t necessarily need to be square or flat!! Kitty will share her split/straddle stretch secrets, dispel the split hierarchy, and show you a variety of pole split illusions and straddle sequences. Be prepared to spready to the gods!

Spin Pole
In this workshop Kitty will teach a stripper style spinny pole choreo, and share the nuances of old school and show stripper style. Combining the slinkyness of old school and the powerful stage presence of show style. This will be a low flow spin pole routine, no inverting!

In this workshop you’ll be learning a quintessential Kitty style routine filled with filthy eye contact, naughty self-touch and booty pops! Prepare to learn some Kittyisms and be unapologetically slvtty in this fierce show style choreo.

Play with Umbrella
When the Spicy Lotus's founder discovered Kitty, it was during one of her 'under the rain' performance. Immediately, Kitty was asked to teach this incredible combo and the way she plays with the pole. Join this course to learn everything about having fun and playing around with your audience!

Shooting
Famous all around the globe for her glowy & glittery universe, Spicy Lotus has prepared a shooting set for you! Embrace the beautiful light and take a swim in a ball pool full of balloons and unicorns.
Pose with Kitty in a world full of mermaid shells, clouds, bubbles and glitters! Be ready, only 6 persons will be lucky enough to join a photoshoot with our beloved and badass Kitty!
No outfit change during the shooting / 5 photos, 30 minutes.

Danseuse de formation classique, moderne, africaine, hip hop et danses de salon, Doris Arnold a également évolué comme stripteaseuse dans le milieu de la nuit pendant 10 ans.
C'est en 2008 qu'elle découvre la pole dance en tant qu'Art et discipline et qu'elle commence à l'enseigner.
Étant parmi les pionnièers en France, elle choisit de se consacrer entièrement à sa passion en créant un premier studio, en développant ses propres méthodes pédagogiques en 2010, et en voyageant dans différents studios dans le monde pour continuer à se former.
Championne de France de Pole en 2013, mais également vice-championne d'Europe, et de nombreuses fois titrée sur la scène internationale, Doris Arnold fut également finaliste au championnat du monde de pole en 2014.
Elle est reconnue dans le monde entier pour son style incomparable mêlant force, fluidité et sensualité.
Désormais, Doris Arnold ne participe plus comme compétitrice, mais comme show-girl, juge et Guest-performer dans le milieu de la pole et des danses érotiques.
Afin de perfectionner son Art, Doris Arnold s'est également rapprochée d'autres disciplines complémentaires à la technique de la pole dance, comme les arts du cirque (hoop, contorsion, équilibre, acrobaties au sol...), le fitness, la danse contemporaine...
